the day tenant, in the crate, and the landlord, outside the crate, are discussing the amount of time that the tenant can actually spend in the crate for the rent he pays. She believes that she has gotten cheated and wants the day tenant to spend less time in there. He believes that he has earned every second and has no intention of moving. We are currently at stalemate.
