It is a drain on the street - just the metal edge with the fish. It says "Dump no Waste - Drains to Waterway" It is right above the Hudson, so I guess that is the waterway. Of course, the note means nothing really as people toss what they will, but I love the edge and the fish!

Unfortunately I was there in the daytime and it is not in view of the Times Square traffic webcam, so I will have to use my vivid imagination!

OK, so I took a picture of her on TV. But really. When she started moving I knew she was the one and I felt so vindicated when she WAS the one. This is one gorgeous dog. Winner of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show for 2011, Foxcliffe Hickory Wind.
