This is on Bennett Ave, in my neighborhood, right near the HUGE stairs that go up to Fort Washington Avenue. They must have just painted it, because I have never seen this before and I know I blogged about these stairs.

The interesting part is that it has its own STREET NUMBER??? What is that about? Do they get mail?
