It is a fence around the playground on Fort Washington Avenue. There are several panels, vegetables and a Beaver and a Raccoon. The rats/mice are in all of them. I guess they were a "local design element"
I've seen this one on one of her websites Jordi, so it's definitely the same person. Thanks for sharing with us. I just love her work. Will you go and take a better photo than mine at the St John's Cathedral? I wish I'd beem able to take a better one.
